Both PREGGIE papers have been published online today, 3 August 2026, coincidentally on the same day.
One paper reports "blood levels", i.e., several circulating maternal nutrient biomarkers (Elsevier).
The other paper reports maternal and newborn health parameters (Sage) that are not "blood levels". (PubMed)
I need to check regarding accessibility of the papers and/or "open access".

However, Elsevier now has something where you can share a link where you can download the PDF for free (link only valid until 22 September 2026).
