In a recent video, I saw Andrew Cannon talk about skating the Asics "Japan Pro", which is a skate shoe. But as far as I can see (I might be wrong), all colourways of the "Japan Pro" are animal-source suede or animal-source leather. There are no vegan (leather-free) options.
There are, however, many vegan (leather-free) colourways of the Asics "Japan S", which looks "exactly" like the "Japan Pro" but which is the original non-skate version of this shoe.
If you know of any vegan (leather-free) Asics SKATE shoes, please let me know. I don't think there are any.
P.S.: I know this is not something that people say anymore, but: Fuck Asics, fuck Nike, and fuck Adidas.
