This colourway is listed under "animal-friendly" on the Emerica website (March 2026) - but the description says that "the Heritic uses triple stitching in high-wear zones and a durable suede upper". Now it is up to us to guess whether this refers to all Heritic colourways, whether it refers to animal-source suede for all colourways, or maybe synthetic suede for this colourway. Maybe the listing of this shoe under "animal-friendly" is a mistake.
