Nur wenige Menschen zeigen solche Reaktionen, aber wer nach der Einnahme hoher Dosen von Vitamin B12, einen Hautausschlag feststellt, sollte aufhören, das B12-Präparat einzunehmen, und meinen täglichen Empfehlungen für der Verzehr von angereicherten Nahrungsmitteln oder für die Einnahme viel kleinerer Mengen an Vitamin B12 folgen.
