Trieu una de les següents opcions (11, 15, 16, 17, 18):

  • 2-5 µg dues vegades al dia (a partir d'aliments fortificats o un suplement) (3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14)
  • 10-200 µg per dia (suplement) (1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 19, 20)
  • 2000-2500 µg per setmana (suplement) (2, 7, 9, 10, 13)
