The journal accepts different article types:

Open access fee!
Please note that Women's Health this is a fully open access journal. That is, authors must pay an open access fee. "The standard article processing charge (APC) is $2,450 USD" ... plus taxes.
You do not have to pay an APC (in this case the same as the open access fee) ... if you are an author or choose a corresponding author ...
- ... who is from a low-income country ...
"A list" countries get a "full waiver" (no fee needs to be paid), whereas "B list countries" will only get a 50% discount - see the countries listed here ... Ukraine, for example, is "A list".

- ... who is affiliated with a university or research institution that covers the APC through an open access agreement. See here.
