In his video "It's About T.I.M.E." (September 2023), Sticky Fingaz raps "[...] we're supposed to eat animals - why they made out of meat - got me lookin' at my dog - like he some[th]ing to eat [...]" (at ~7:53 min). This video segment shows a young boy - representing a young Sticky Fingaz - looking at meat in a counter [1].
In another video (August 2022), posted by Sticky Fingaz, Onyx visit Colombia, and you can see Sticky Fingaz eat vegan food at a restaurant in Bogota [2]. The restaurant is called "Santa Fe Restaurante" (Address: Cl 26B No. 4-30, Santa Fé, Bogotá) - it's an expensive non-veg restaurant, with "vegan options" (according to TripAdvisor). Sticky Fingaz is served "the only vegan ajiaco in Bogota" (at ~0:41 min).
In a video interview from earlier that year (April 2022), Sticky Fingaz says: "[...] stopping [alcohol] was the easiest thing for me. Just like I'm vegan. And, I stopped [eating animal products] cold turkey." (at ~1:35 min) [3].
In the same video, he recounts that he was drinking alcohol heavily and was diagnosed with type 1 (!) diabetes. He was told that he needed to inject insulin for the rest of his life. He instead stopped drinking alcohol and changed his diet and reversed the diabetes. He says, his blood sugar levels are now totally normal - they were "700" [mg/dL] when he got diagnosed.
In yet another interview video (October 2024), Fredro Starr of Onyx (who is Sticky Fingaz's cousin) - asked what would be something that people don't know about him (or Onyx) - he says (at ~3:06 min): "Ahm ... I like my oatmeal. [..] I like it with water, no milk. [...] You gotta cook it in water. I don't like the milk. [...]" [4].
